Nourish My Heart: 3-month program

Nourish My Heart (NMH) is my signature 1:1 online coaching program. It’s 3 months because I believe that it takes time to incorporate changes, create habits, and see results. During these 3 months, we’re a team. We work together to create a customized protocol starting with where you are in your health journey right now and where you want to be. I’ll be with you every step of the way, offering guidance, support, and education, so that you’ll have the tools you need to address your concerns and achieve your goals.

What the 3 months look like:

I’ll start you off with filling out these intake forms:

  • An Initial Interview Questionnaire
  • A 4-day Food and Mood Journal
  • A comprehensive Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ)


  • We’ll meet to discuss findings, review health concerns and goals, and develop a personalized protocol (nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations) during a 90-minute video call

From there…

  • We’ll meet for follow-up calls every other week, 4 times for 45 minutes each. These check-ins will include discussions on any concerns you may have, clarification on the initial protocol, and updates or changes to the initial protocol if necessary.
  • If you have any questions in between our check-in calls, you will have messaging support through the Voxer app and email support Monday through Friday

After the follow-up calls you will fill out:

  • A follow-up questionnaire
  • Another 4-day Food and Mood Journal
  • Another NAQ
  • We will have our final meeting in a 60-minute video call to reevaluate your progress, discuss final recommendations to implement after the program, and discuss options for additional continued support.

Initial Interview Questionnaire

This form provides me with in-depth information about your nutrition and lifestyle as well as your health and medical history.

4-Day Food & Mood Journal

This is a powerful tool which allows you to look at your eating habits on paper and identify any patterns. You’ll fill out this form for 4 days (3 consecutive weekdays and 1 weekend). It will help me better understand in great detail what you’re eating, when you’re eating, and how that connects to your energy and mood, and what kind of digestive reactions, if any, you are having. From this information, I will also be able to make custom dietary and lifestyle recommendations.

Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ)

A comprehensive assessment of 321 questions, this form takes a look at the type and frequency of symptoms you are experiencing. While this seems like a lot, this form helps to identify any potential nutrient deficiencies, imbalances in the body, and the organs or body systems that are in most need of nutrition support.

  • ONE 60-minute video follow-up reevaluation
