Hi, my name is Diane Faith, and I’m a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. I’m here to help you get back on track and enjoy your best life. Healthy eating doesn’t have to be hard, and it definitely doesn’t have to be boring. Are you ready to feel confident in your food choices? Are you ready to gain energy from your meals? Are you ready to get to the root cause of those symptoms that continue to cause you digestive discomfort, fatigue, or even skin issues?
Maybe you’re not even sure if they’re connected. That’s where I come in. Through nutritional therapy, we’ll figure it out together. You are not alone in your health journey. I’m here to be your partner, your guide, and your support.
What is Nutritional Therapy?
Nutritional therapy is supporting the body and its health through a holistic, food-first approach.
This approach is bio-individual, meaning since no one person is exactly the same, it is tailored to a person’s individual and unique nutritional needs. Nutritional therapy focuses on balancing these foundations of health: nutrient-dense whole food diet, digestion, blood sugar regulation, fatty acids balance, mineral balance, and hydration. Additionally, this approach takes into account lifestyle choices that can also impact how the body is supported. This is not a quick fix or band-aid approach to address symptoms. It is focused on addressing the root-cause of these symptoms because remember these symptoms didn’t develop overnight, so the fix will also not happen overnight.
